Community Nurses in Action is a nurse-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families through community-based healthcare education, prevention, advocacy, and support services. Founded by licensed and experienced healthcare professionals, our organization brings compassionate nursing care beyond traditional healthcare settings and into the communities where people live, work, and gather.
We provide health education, community health screenings, caregiver support, CPR and healthcare training, and outreach initiatives designed to increase access to healthcare resources and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Our commitment is to serve underserved and vulnerable populations by promoting health equity, improving wellness outcomes, and strengthening communities through education, collaboration, and compassionate service.
